Hare Krishna! To wear Narsingha Kavaca, you should not eat onion, garlic, tea, coffee and all non-veg items like eggs, meat etc... and preferrably one should chant Hare Krishna Maha Mantra (Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare).

Hare Krsna PAMHO I chant The mahamantra, follow four principles and do not take coffee and tea but the only problem is with onions and garlic currently it is not possible for me to cut out as per home's condition can I get this?
