1. If your order is not delivered by our courier partner then we will refund your purchase amount based on the reason of RTO (Return To Owner). In case, RTO is due to insufficient/wrong address, courier charges will be deducted in the refund. In other cases, refund depends on the reason of RTO.
2. If the product you received is damaged then we will refund your full or partial purchase amount only after examining the nature and degree of the damage that has happened to the product.
3. The orders will be dispatched through a third-party courier service within two days of receiving the order. The orders will be captured once the shipment is dispatched. Once the order is captured there is no facility for cancellation. However, the unfulfilled orders will be refunded in 7 days from the order date.
4. It takes 5-7 days to refund the amount.
